Standing Sync
Sync from file is the recurring creator-program refresh (e.g. a DbD Iri/Gold list re-upload) - Title-scoped, full data overwrite, and a review diff against the current list before anything writes. Quick paste is the original one-off tool for a fast Global/Client/Title addition by name only - it always creates, it never diffs or removes.
1. Title + Tier
Standing Sync is always Title-scoped - pick the umbrella title record, not a specific chapter/beat.
2. Upload
Enriched export (Territory / Creator Name / YouTube / Subs / Twitch / Followers / TikTok / Followers / Join Date) or a raw LevelUp-style export (AVV/CCV columns, names only - no creator-data writes for a raw sync).
